One of the Best Places to Work in the Inland Northwest!

For the 7th year in a row Aero-Flite has been ranked in the top three of the Best Places to Work in the Inland Northwest. The awards program is a project of the Journal of Business performed in partnership with Workforce Research Group.

The regional survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Inland Northwest, benefiting the region’s economy, its workforce and businesses.

Organizations from across the region enter the two-part process to determine the Best Places to Work Inland Northwest. The first part consisted of evaluating each employer’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics. This part of the process was worth approximately 20% of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This part of the process was worth approximately 80% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top organizations and the final ranking. Workforce Research Group managed the overall registration and survey process in Inland Northwest and also analyzed the data and used their expertise to determine the final ranking.

We are proud to be acknowledged with this important ranking again this year. It is a statement to our group, across the board, that we care about our team and our mission, supporting each other as we have done for over 60 years.
