Erin Thornton

Erin left the retail lumber business in 2017 to manage the Aero-Flite HR Department, promoted to Director of Human Resources in 2025. At Aero-Flite, Erin and her department meet the staffing needs of our growing company, recruiting and providing support to over 225 team members.

She brought with her many years of HR Generalist and Manager level experience supervising all functions within the department while supporting the organizational goals. The HR department provides guidance to employees spread across the country, ensuring all team members are able to safely and productively support the company’s mission, while developing and guiding their individual pathway within.

A believer in life-long learning and growth, Erin holds a B.S. Degree in Human Resources Management, and is dual certified, holding the Professional in Human Resources  (PHR) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designations.
