One of the Best Places to Work

For the 5th year in a row, Aero-Flite is proud to have been named one of the Best Places to Work in the Inland Northwest by the Journal of Business in partnership with Workforce Research Group. We owe our success as a company to our professional, skilled and dedicated team, as we work together towards one common goal, providing exceptional service to our customers, partners, and communities.

This regional survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Inland Northwest, benefiting the region’s economy, its workforce and businesses.  Organizations from across the region entered the two-part process, with the first part consisting of evaluating each employer’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top organizations and the final ranking. Workforce Research Group managed the overall registration and survey process in Inland Northwest and also analyzed the data and used their expertise to determine the final ranking.
